Chris Smith Construction is a building company based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast since 2002 and is owned and operated by Chris Smith.

 Chris joined the building trade as an apprentice when he was 15 years old and has never looked back, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in the last 30 years.

 As with any business, it takes time to build strong relationships, which Chris has managed to achieve with a number of architects and clients around the Sunshine Coast.

Chris believes that his relationship with architects has enabled him to succeed in a small town. He works hard to ensure the initial vision is delivered with innovation materials, fixture and fittings, installed with absolute attention to detail.

His premium Craftmanship has set him apart, attracting both local, interstate and overseas clientele seeking holiday properties and permanent residences.

 Liaising with architects, engineers, building designers and interior designers CSC and his team are able to build strong and trusting relationships with clients providing the highest standard of service throughout the construction process, adhering to timeframes and budgets.
